Last week I was in hospital - just an operation on my right hand to release the carpal tunnel in my wrist. I have been in bandages since which has been a humbling experience. Trying to keep it elevated when one sleeps is an interesting dilemma. Stitches come out on the 25th Feb, and the Left Hand gets done in in March. Woop

Andrew is a composer of unusual versatility: he is as equally at home writing musicals, pop songs and jazz as he is composing contemporary classical music, or writing and orchestrating scores for film and television. Andrew has released two CDs with 33jazz record label and is working on a third. Recent work includes orchestration for the Spice Girls world tour and a range of film and television scores, including the Golden Globe nominated film A Mighty Heart, starring Angelina Jolie, directed by Michael Winterbottom.
