One Million Mark

Wow!!! I posted a YouTube clip of the score I wrote in 1999 for a Tom and Jerry Clip (when I was but a youngster doing a Masters at the Royal College of Music) on YouTube just over a year ago. It has now had over a million hits! That's not bad going since it has the rather unpromising title of 'Fisher score to Tom and Jerry Short'. I have now added sound effects and will hopefully display it on my website soon.

Bish bash bosh

Am under the bosch at the moment with lots of work on... uni teaching and composing for  different TV and film projects. Not a lot of sleep sustained by a lot of coffee that Dad (retired GP) says is bad for me. Assume stoical voice... Bring it on.

Autumn Leaves

Have spent the last couple of weeks reacclimatizing to the new uni teaching schedule following my sabbatical, and am now hopefully in the teaching 'groove'. I also have some exciting composition projects lined up in TV, film and music theatre which I will talk about as they happen.

Am also enjoying, finally, some sunshine here in the south. The summer really has been indifferent weather-wise and this last week (mid October no less!) has had some of the best days of the year. Weird.
